Plated Starter Options

  • Tomato, olive, goats cheese tart & basil veloute
  • Roast beetroot carpaccio, feta and rocket salad, orange, roast almonds & aged balsamic
  • Seasonal soup with flaky pastry stick
  • Tempura prawns with tian of avo, roast aubergine and tomato, sweet chilli & balsamic dressing
  • Thai salmon fish cakes, cucumber, leaves, avo and lemon mayo
  • Salmon plate, avo, caper berries, rocket, soy & lime dressing
  • Free range chicken liver parfait, mesclun salad, onion marmalade & bruschetta

Plated Main Options

  • Herb crusted lamb cutlets, tian of aubergine, tomato and mozzarella, sweet potato puree & garlic cream
  • Grass fed beef medallion, butternut puree, green beans, roast cherry tomatoes with red wine & truffle jus
  • Pan fried line fish, potato puree, minted courgettes & mange tout with sauce vierge
  • Pan fried duck breast, sweet potato purée, wilted spinach & port and cherry sauce
  • Roast free range chicken, creamed leeks with bacon, wild mushrooms and salsa rosso
  • Steamed brocollini, soft boiled hens egg, parmesan with lemon beurre noisette

Plated Dessert Options

  • Dark chocolate tart, fresh berries, vanilla ice-cream & praline dust
  • Lemon tart, mixed berry sorbet, vanilla mascarpone & fresh berries
  • Yoghurt & honey terrine, meringue, fresh fruit & amaretto syrup
  • Baked almond tart, boozy poached pear, vanilla ice-cream and almond praline
  • Baked cheese cake with poached quince and vanilla syrup
